Barney is the most adorable boy, he has a funny old man meow and is really affectionate. Prior to coming into foster care, he had been a long- term stray, and was in a sorry state. He has tested positive for FIV, otherwise he is in good health. His fosterer thinks he would like to have access to outside rather than be an indoor cat. Ideally, he will need a home with a secure garden/catio or a home in an area with no other cats.
