Phoebe is an adorable young lady who is looking for a special home. She was born deaf and has a neurological condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which affects balance and co-ordination. Fortunately, Phoebe displays only mild symptoms, such as subtle head tremors and the occasional wobble, and it certainly doesn't hold her back. She is very energetic, loves to play, jump, climb and is extremely quick on her feet. Phoebe doesn't require any special care or medication, but she does need a safe indoor home, preferably where someone is at home for at least part of the day as she loves human company.
