Toby is a gorgeous black and white cat, estimated to be 2-3 years old. As he had been living outside for some time, he was initially timid and nervous when he came into foster care, but he has quickly settled in.

Toby is friendly, affectionate and chatty. He loves company, lots of fuss, a catnip toy, a comfy place to nap and watching TV!
